Development update
P3RIMA development update: Sprint 4
Project costs, initiation and connections in development

P3RIMA brings project, programme, portfolio and capacity information together for day-to-day management conversations. Sprint 4 develops components that are being tested during the pilot and development stage.
Three topics in this sprint
Development focuses on three connected themes:
- Project costs: incorporate calculations and cost estimates more clearly in the project view.
- Initiation stage: structure information earlier, before an initiative becomes a fully defined project.
- Project and programme: show more clearly how project data contributes to a programme and the wider portfolio.
Why these capabilities are tested in a pilot
A capability is only useful when its definitions, input and output fit the municipality’s work process. Components are therefore not only developed technically, but also reviewed with users for clarity, applicability and required controls.
Start with a concrete management question
Not every organisation has the same information landscape or reporting cycle. An exploration therefore starts with one familiar question, for example about project costs, capacity or connections between projects. We then determine which information and capabilities a pilot requires.
