Ecosystem
One ecosystem. Built around your organisation.
One recognisable environment for organisational knowledge, building blocks and collaboration. Your organisation profile provides the foundation: shared goals, roles and ways of working give each application its context.
The iSyNAPS ecosystem
Your organisation comes first. Everything connects.

My building blocks
From Coala and ProVI to P3RIMA, PRISMA and FOCUS. Every building block gains meaning from the same organisational context.
02
My collaborations
Municipalities and water authorities can exchange experience and knowledge where agreements and permissions allow.
03
Marketplace & innovation
Room for new building blocks, joint testing and future additions from specialist partners.
The shared portal environment is being developed further. Access and available building blocks are agreed with each organisation.
A profile that grows with you
Onboard once. Keep enriching.
There is no need to model your entire organisation at the start. Begin with what is needed and expand the profile in a controlled way. People can increasingly recognise their own department, role and responsibilities.
- 01
Establish the foundation
Identify the initial goals, organisational units, people involved and permissions.
- 02
Work in your own context
Use a suitable building block with the agreed methods and knowledge of your organisation.
- 03
Enrich and update
Add teams, project managers, functions and responsibilities as your organisation and its use of iSyNAPS develop.
One profile, recognisably your organisation
The organisation profile connects iSyNAPS. Goals and political commitments, organisational structure, portfolio configuration, ways of working and validated knowledge give every building block its context.
Initial onboarding establishes the foundation. New departments, teams, project managers, functions, responsibilities and decision-making structures can then be added or refined. Users increasingly recognise their own organisation and their place within it.
Relevant context is reused within agreed permissions. A new building block need not begin with an empty profile. The data to connect and validate are agreed for each application.
A portal that develops with you
The shared portal environment is being developed further. Access and available building blocks are agreed with each organisation.
My iSyNAPS is the intended shared entry point. Setup and access are agreed for each organisation. Contact us to discuss your situation and the options currently available.
Built on trust
Your organisation stays in control.
One ecosystem does not mean unrestricted data exchange. Each collaboration requires clear agreements about who may use which information and for what purpose.
Your own organisational context
Organisation-specific information remains distinct from knowledge deliberately shared for reuse.
Permissions and provenance
Access, source references and data agreements determine what can be reused.
Human judgement
Authorised professionals review outputs and remain responsible for decisions.
